CANPOL - Canadian Police Experts Overseas

CANPOL is a division of CANADEM, which keeps an updated roster of 500 police and security sector reform experts that have worked in over 60 countries. Experts are deployed in contries with conflict or post conflict in order to achieve sustainable police development.

The goal was to develop a simple and usable site that will be easily accessible on slower networks, yet has to be elegant and contain a similar look and feel of the parent organization. Used open source tools to develop the site - PHP and MySQL for the website and GIMP for the graphics.
