 New website design for J Kevin Barlow Consulting, specializing in Proposal Development, Strategic Planning, Research and Evaluation, Policy Development, Group Facilitation and Conference Planning, Educational Resources and Communications.
This is our first site done using the new version of Joomla CMS - 1.6. The experience was quite pleasant and a lot of annoyances in the previous version of the content management system have been removed.

 The Taqnin database aims to provide drafters, lawyers, judges, and legal researchers with efficient and simple functions to find legislation and court decisions related to their work.
The Taqnin database is:
- Donated by the Government of Canada (GoC)-Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT)
- Implemented by the Canadian NGO CANADEM through their office in Kabul the Canadian Governance Support Office (CGSO)
- Managed and updated by Afghan researchers from the Institute of Legislative Affairs and Academic Legal Research at the Ministry of Justice
